21st March - thank you to Alison for the lovely bookshelf and books! All donations of books are very welcome and unless individually priced, all books displayed are available for a cash donation which will go towards the internet cafe running costs. (You can even donate them back to the Internet Cafe when you have read them, thus not only recycling but continuing to support this great community facility.)
10th March - the first books have been donated and are on display in the internet cafe. (Thank you to the very kind person who left a bag of books on the CAN doorstep.) Everyone is welcome to pop in and browse.
Books and Magazines at Aldbourne Internet Cafe
Do you have any books or magazines in good condition that you no longer need? Your unwanted books will be put on sale and monies raised from sales will help to pay the Internet Cafe rent, heating and lighting costs. Books on the window sills are for sale.
Unless they have a price on them, please put donations in the Aldbourne Youth Council donation box.
