UN has proclaimed 2010 as International Year of Youth
“The International Year is about advancing the full and effective participation of youth in all aspects of society,” UN Focal Point on Youth Nicola Shepherd said. “We encourage all sectors of society to work in partnership with youth and youth organizations to better understand their needs and concerns and to recognize the contributions that they can make to society.”

You might be eligible for a refund from the Water Board
Check the top right hand corner of your Water Bill. There should be SWD (Surface Water Drainage.) If your surface water does not go down the main sewer, you may be eligible for £9.43 per quarter rebate which can be claimed retrospectively as reported at February Parish Council meeting.
